Custom Production Services
Nokia wanted custom graphics and video made for their new CDMA multimedia mobile phone, to show their customers the advanced features and advantages of the handset. They needed a light, fun product that customers would show to their friends, in four languages with native speakers. Robinson produced & directed four clips in English, South American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese. In addition, a custom music soundtrack and special encoding delivered, on budget and meeting an extreemly tight deadline.
Verizon Wireless needed a twice weekly original 2 minute program to anchor their V-CAST 3G mobile video streaming service, announcing new services and enhancing the customer experience. Robinson cast, wrote, directed & developed original music and animation for "V-CAST THIS WEEK". Developed a system to produce the show weekly, including scripting and remote shoots, as well as weekly coordination of video & graphic assets from multiple content providers.
Vodafone had licensed the mobile rights to the entire JAMES BOND catalog but had no way to adapt the content to multiple mobile phone devices for distribution. Using the original motion pictures as a source, Robinson created a wide variety of small bandwidth motion picture content optimized for a specific list of handsets, and small enough to be distributed via Multi-Media Messaging (MMS). |
